Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Ember Financial Group is a financial-services company in Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
