Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Partners is a Oakland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
