Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Quarry Energy Partners supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
