Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Iron Insurance Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
