Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Cobalt Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
