Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Cross Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Indianapolis working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
