Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Thistle Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
