Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Forge Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
