Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Lantern Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Spokane, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
