Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
