Amberfield Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
