Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Amber Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 577 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
