Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
