Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Charlotte design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
