Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
