Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Summit Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
