Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Drift Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
