Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Loom Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
