Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Cross Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
