Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vista Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
