Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
