Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Westbrook Pike Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
