Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Stone Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
