Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Vale Financial serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
