Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 929 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
