Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Oak Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Knoxville design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
