Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Quill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
