Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright West Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
