Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Union Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
