Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
