Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
