Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove River Medical designs and makes medical devices in Sacramento. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
