Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Fern Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
