Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Des Moines area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
