Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Bright Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
