Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
