Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
