Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Junction Financial Group serves customers across Salt Lake City with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
