Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Fern Energy delivers power and gas plans across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
