Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Summit Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
