Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Denver, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
