Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
