Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning Holdings is a transit-planning firm in Oakland working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
