Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Lakeside Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
