Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the El Paso area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
