Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Highbridge Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
