Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Des Moines. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
