Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield North Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
