Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Cedar Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
