Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Fox Pharma Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
